King Salman Park

Elite Style Contracting was engaged as part of the delivery team for the King Salman Park development – Parcel 12.01 Horticulture Zone in Riyadh, one of the flagship urban transformation projects in Saudi Arabia. The project plays a vital role in supporting the park’s horticultural and operational infrastructure, contributing to the development of one of the world’s largest urban parks.

Working in collaboration with Nesma as the main contractor, Elite Style delivered a comprehensive design and build warehouse facility along with turnkey interior fit-out and full MEP works. The project required precise coordination between design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure the facility supports efficient horticultural operations within the park.

The development emphasizes functionality, durability, and operational efficiency while aligning with the broader vision of King Salman Park to create sustainable and well-integrated urban infrastructure.
